Tualatin Express HealthCare Professionals Office Awarded Certification from the Joint Commission

TUALATIN, Ore., June 9, 2014 – The Tualatin Express HealthCare Professionals franchise has achieved the Gold Seal of Approval® for health care staffing services certification from The Joint Commission.

The Tualatin Express office underwent an on-site review of its compliance with national standards that assess how staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of their staff, how they place their staff, and how they monitor staff performance.

“Health care organizations that contract with Express can look to Joint Commission certification as an assurance that the staffing company demonstrates a commitment to providing and continuously improving quality services,” says Michele Sacco, M.S., executive director, Health Care Staffing Services Certification, The Joint Commission.

The Joint Commission’s certification program, which launched in October 2004, offers an independent and comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm’s abilities to provide competent staffing services.

“Certification recognizes dedication to providing medical professionals who are qualified to administer safe, high-quality care to patients,” said Express owner Julie Tate. “We’re proud to receive The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval™.

“This certification underscores our commitment to quality health care staffing which results in consistently competent patient care for the facilities where we provide clinical staff,” Tate said.
